Where is Irvine Park Located?

Irvine Park is conveniently located just of the highway 101 loop and McDowell road. We are between Pima and Granite Reef on 85^th, just moments from Old Town Scottsdale. Irvine Park's central location is a short commute from the International Airport, Motorola, General Dynamics and AT&T. Your commute around the valley will be easy with nearby Loops 101 and 202. We are also near highways 60 and 10 

Are you located by a bus station?

Yes! We are conveniently located near a bus station. Visit out rental office to learn more about specific bus schedules and routes. 

Do you offer flexible leases?

Yes! Irvine Park offers flexible leases anywhere between 3 and 24 month lease terms. Contact our friendly apartment manager, Stephanie to create lease terms that are specific to your individual needs. 

Are pets allowed?

We are Pet Friendly at Irvine Park for pets up to 25lbs. We have a two pet maximum per unit. 

Are the condos recently remodeled?

Yes! Our newly remodeled condos at Irvine Park offer designer two tone paint, upgraded carpeting, wood style flooring and much more. 

Are there washer/dryer units in the condominiums?

We do have hook ups in every unit.  You are welcome to bring your own, if you don’t currently have a washer dryer unit, there are several companies you can lease from for as low as $25 per month. We also have on site laundry facilities on the property available to you 24 hrs for your convenience. 

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit for Irvine Park is only $100.00 on approved credit. 

Do you have a model condominium I can check out? 

Yes! We currently have a two bedroom condo model available for showing. If you are interested in a one bedroom model, we can always make arrangements for you to view the condo. You can also explore our website to view great pictures and more details about our spacious, condominiums for rent.
